1. Processing Time:

All order are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders will be sent on working days Monday-Friday, and there are no deliveries on Saturday-Sunday. If you order on Friday, it will be sent on Monday. (Using UTC +7 time.).

2. Delivery Estimates :

Delivery usually takes 8–9 days, depending on travel conditions, weather disruptions, or even unforeseen events.

3. Shippment Confirmation & Order Tracking :

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 x 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes :

AfaAja is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages :

AfaAja is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We always ensure that our products have passed quality control carried out by our team before they are sent to your address.
